MEET YAHIA

Yahia Aly, is a graduate of Florida A&M University where he obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and a Masters in Sports Management. During his time at FAMU, he was a starting D1 Athlete and captain of the Football team where he led the team in scoring and played a key role in winning the FCS conference championship.

Upon graduation, Yahia led multiple deals at his previous firm, then went on to attain his brokers license while simultaneously preparing for the NFL draft. Yahia is currently an NFL free agent and has a deep network of professional athletes which he assists in identifying and securing luxury real estate for both investment and ownership purposes. He understands the needs of luxury clientele and strives to ensure that there is an appropriate balance between adequate exposure for best sales outcomes and the prioritization of privacy.

Although born in Los Angeles, CA, Yahia grew up in Egypt and has been able to build a large network of global professionals based out of Egypt, Dubai, Qatar, and other MENA nations who are interested in US Real Estate. Yahia is 100% fluent in Arabic and English.

MEET GUY

Guy Fernandes, fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English was born in Brazil and moved to Miami at the age of 7. He was raised in Miami to Brazilian parents who work in the Real Estate industry and witnessed Miami transform into the city that it is today.

Guy is a graduate of Florida State University FSU, where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate and graduated in the top 5% of his class. During his time at FSU, he was a D1 Athlete on the swim team where he traveled the nation to compete against the best Olympic athletes in the world. He also had the opportunity to study Real Estate in Spain where he learned about the difference between the European and American Real Estate systems.

Upon graduation, Guy worked within a few large Real Estate firms where he brokered various deals ranging from single-family homes to pre-construction condos. Guy has an extensive network of both domestic and international clientele. He understands the core principles of luxury Real Estate and constantly strives to ensure that his clients are represented to the highest quality.
